Having just recently got a dog, I have noticed that council seems to be strong in this area. I passed a lady leaving a two up, two down, terraced property leaving with two massive beasts. A quick glance showed dog mess still in the garden, along with the kids toys...
Nice.
Went around to our buy to let to supervise some repairs. I counted 9 dog turds in the back garden.

4 on the decking, which is very slippery. And 5 on the concrete flags.

She has a 7 year old child. Why would you leave it like that?

I haven't been officially asked in writing as per her AST if she can have a pet.

The rent is due to go up soon.
My 2 year old is able to use the potty so I am flabbergasted that her 7 year old is stting on the decking...

A ‘soft eviction’ - keep putting the rent up so the bad tenant moves out of their own accord.
And run the risk of turning them into a non-payer requiring a forced eviction and all the costs and time that goes along with it.
Short sighted move.
The going rate is alot more than they pay, because the last 3 years rents have sky rocketed, and I won't put it up to that level.

She can't work though as she has "ME" so some days she just can't get out of bed.... Has the strength to get tattoos, piercings and nails done though.
You see this. I have a problem with. How do you know whether she's faking it or not ?

I have lived with my wife's ME for 18 years and some days, she can get out of bed and party like there's no tomorrow. And the next 3 or 4 days she can barely get out of bed. Often it's not the very next day.

And you know what, on her good days, you'd look at her and think she was making it up.

All the other stuff you said, suggests that this woman's life is chaotic. Out of control. If that's the case she probably won't be managing her symptoms very well at all.
Because despite all of this, she managed to get pregnant a 6th time....

I did say her life was chaotic and out of control. Just because she's stupid, doesn't mean she hasn't got ME.

My inner city Manchester high school used to take us away for a week to the Lake District for a geography trip. They had a massive old house near Bowness. It was fantastic, canoeing on Lake Windermere, a day on a farm, and days out hiking, which I've been doing ever since. I hope they still do it but I heard that the education authority had sold the facility.
Was it called 'Hammerbank'. If so, our school used to go there. One of the activities was to drop a minibus load of lads a few miles away with an OS map which they had to navigate their way back to base with. Oh, it was late at night, so in the dark.

Cant see that happening these days!
There was two (I went to the same places). Hinning House and Low Bank ground. Both were owned by Wigan Metro at the time.
I went to Hinning House. It was ace

I didn’t recommend it, just named it.

It is a risk, certainly but often less so than issuing a section 21 notice.

If you issue a section 21 there is a good chance the tenant will go to the council for rehousing. The council may well advise the tenant not to move out until forced by the courts / bailiffs.

The tenant, already served with an eviction notice will often stop paying the rent.

Each tenancy is different but sometimes it is better to let the tenant decide they want to move out rather than forcing it upon them.

You think disabled people can't have sex?

Just so your ignorance can have some clarity, a fair few women with ME who get pregnant experience a significant reduction in their symptoms during pregancy....

To be fair I opened the news story via Facebook and it's near on Impossible to read the stories from those pages due to adverts. I read what I can and then give up.

You're the one being ignorant. Go back and read my whole post about her. And don't say you already have as you clearly haven't.
