How many of your wedding guests are still in your life?

Not all that many, now you've made me think about it

Some have died - grandparents, parents etc. Couples have split up. Friends have drifted away, some to never be seen again, others to Christmas card/occasional WhatsApp status.

Tbh having kids seemed to cause a huge change to our circle of friends, completely unintentional but perhaps unavoidable.

I don't know how long ago it was but in touch with all who attended still. It was a small wedding with a few close friends and family.

We gave a fiver each to two Sainsbury's checkout staff to be witnesses.

Never seen them since.

Sadly not. But we did buy an Aston Martin with the money we saved :0)

(It was her idea - big wedding or Aston?... you see why I married her!)
