Have full control of my dreams. I normally let them play out but if something happens I don't like I say a keyword and can stop time, rewind and replay it for a different outcome.
Are you a practioner of Lucid dreaming?
I've wanted to try this myself but I CBA with the whole waking myself up then going back to sleep several times a night
I do it naturally. Never aimed to do it but always been able to. As a kid I remember running over rooftops in my town and feeling my stomach drop like in irl

So, when Rachel Welsh/ Naomi Campbell ( other options etc) has raised your mast & has a 20 knot breeze filling the sails & is determinedly riding your ship hard to port, you can abandon ship coz you don't like the destination/ want to steer starboard 20deg, instead? wink
I don't get those sorts of dreams often unfortunately but often have it where someone gets hurt or I'm in a sketchy situation and I can stop, rewind and change it

Now I’ve read through I’ll add my own though I’m sure many can do these or have these traits.

I’ll ‘zen’ out with relative ease and drop my HR like a stone. It’s a game I play if in hospital to set the low HR alarms off on the machines, much to the nurses annoyance.

Continuing the theme , I can be incredibly patient. I can ‘out patience’ (sic) a saint, whether it’s dealing with people or a particular task.

I do this too! Not when I first drop off but if I wake up in the middle of the night I can create my own little movie until it's time to get up

It's been remarked many, many times that I can negatively affect the mood of a room just by entering it.

A phenomenal ability to know *exactly* when it is 8:08 and an equally phenomenal ability not to whisper ‘state’ immediately afterwards.

And I didn’t like them in the first place!

Similar time ability - I cannot remember the last time an alarm woke me up, I wake up just before it's due.

I'm left footed and write with my left hand. I can't do either thing with my right.

However, I play guitar, hold a cricket bat/tennis racquet/table tennis bat/snooker cue/gun etc etc with my right, can't do it left-handed.

I paint pictures with my left hand and paint walls/ceilings with my right. I use an airbrush in my right hand, steadied with my left.

I am not ambidextrous.

I used to wake up from bad dreams in a cold sweat but now if I know I'm having a bad dream I can stop it. It's like giving up on a film or TV show. Consciously I'll realise I'm having a bad dream and I'm saying to myself 'it's a bad dream, it needs to stop / wake up'.

Similar
Right footed, play cricket and golf right handed
Left handed for writing, snooker
Can play tennis or table tennis with both and have a great LH backhand and RH forehand but anything coming to my left side isn't getting returned well.
Use a mix of left and right for different tools but it only feels natural in one hand.

smile

I'm a lunk, my wife has pointed out many times that I just blank people even when they're speaking to my face and have a resting face and physique that scares people.

I'm a kind hearted fool, I don't bite, so I never understand why some think I'm scary.

But I'll make an effort to raise the mood in a room when the situation calls for it. Not always successfully I'll admit but funerals can be a tough crowd.

Attracting weirdos on public transport, I am like a homing beacon for them and they want to chat to me. An example (I have loads) two traveller women got on the train, the youngest (who was pregnant) pointed at me and said "He's the father of my baby" and they came and sat down next to me despite there being loads of other seats. They started chatting away to me, then got me to read them their horosopes from the paper I was reading.

Attracting beggars, charity muggers, people who need train fare/petrol money and people offering me cocaine on holiday, basically anyone who wants money from me.

The thing is I wouldn't give 10 pence to someone I didn't know and I don't think I give off a "I am a chatty person who likes meeting new people, please talk to me" vibe.

I married someone like that. Walking through town you'd think you're with a movie star. Strangers waving to her and she knows everybody. Can't get five minutes down the road without someone wanting a chat. She does actually know everyone.

She's under strict orders to never use the sentence "do you remember meeting ...." Because the honest answer will be no and I can be honest and don't want to embarrass her.

All this dream talk, I can't do that. I'll forget what I was dreaming about within 30 seconds of waking. No memory, zilch, by the time I go to the toiled and take a piss it's gone. Occasionally if I had a very vivid one but 99% of the time no memory whatsoever.
