The 2nd Test Starts today so, ignoring the 13th Step rule, I'm going straight to St John's Wood.

Green Park?

Hmmm, given the recent damage to the memorial I will take a sideways shunt to

Your Green Park will go through my evaluation process and sadly ends up as - Shadwell. Enjoy the ride.

Sorry to but in here, but I thought we were playing Baskerville's 2nd Amendment, which would of course make that an illegal move on a Monday when reverse escalator rules are in operation.

I'd recommend a safety play such as St.Pauls on this occasion.

Might I join you in this round of MC?

I'm assuming the 'Joker' rules are in place as per the Trumpington Castle modifiers of 1978 as well as the 'D20 Opening Gambit' from the 2002 Deluxe Edition?

If that is the case, I roll 18 and end up at Euston. Not bad for a starting roll...

Modernist. We tend to prefer the classic game around here with occasional application of the post-1874 amendments.

Fortunately for you, you Euston is still allowable under the Rules Ancient & Modern as published in the definitive Stovold's of 1856.

2 more steps widdershins and you would have been in Knipp.

All change at Mile end due to over running engineering works on the escalators.

Normally you could use a down escalator, but with the lift counter conversion active this would constitute an unviable approach. You could have taken the up escalator but that would obviously have left your laterals dangerously exposed to nidd.

At the Club we shall spend the evening discussing the effect of CrossRail and not playing. This is for benefit of all.

The impact of Crossrail should be well understood by now, it is HS2 that concerns me, if it goes ahead it looks set to completely change the character of the game.
