So now your saying because he has a fast car he must be a boy racer?

What sort of response are you expecting putting comments like that on a motoring forum?

You've changed your tune! In all seriousness though you get your point across much more easily without calling the OP a .
Personally I think its obvious that 10PS is remorseful about what happened. However it's a really, really thin line between enjoying yourself and causing an accident. One tiny variable can turn a totally safe spirited drive into a terrible accident and it's all too easy to pass judgement IMO.

So you honestly believe that anyone who likes cars and meets other people, who also like cars, and they all go for a drive together, are automatically "boy racers" ????

If that is the case then I would suggest that you are in for a very hard time indeed whilst you continue to post on here.

Do you also happen to read the Daily Mail?

You seem to be contradicting yourself.

After reading the article i find you mr 10p a kunt, you say your not a boy racer above bullshit, you have been so honest up to now.if not a boy racer why then meet several other small dicked guys in fast cars in a carpark to go for a spin for fecks sake what age are you
After an experience like this, regardless of how you drove beforehand, it would be fair to assume that it would affect your attitude towards your driving, and life in general for that matter.

The point I was trying to make, which still seems to have alluded you, is that people who enjoy cars and driving are not automatically boy racers and should not be condemned simply because they enjoy driving.

I think the majority of the comments you have made tonight illustrate your lack of maturity for all to see.

Listen knucklehead the guys trying to deny he was a boy racer whilst going to a meet with other guys looking for the same day out.If his accident had not been that day it would have been soon after.Cars are lethal weapons and should not be put in the hands of kids.
10 pence short is no "kid"!

I'm sure many of us have enjoyed meets and runs with our cars. It doesn't mean we're boy (or girl) racers. We are all human though, humans make mistakes ... sometimes these are small and incidental but other times they are huge and make a big impact on others and our lives.

I know that 10 PS has never claimed any innocence in his actions ... a lesser person probably would have. He's totally aware of the effect his driving had that day.
He said himself he wishes he had kept them days for the track. He was remorsefull in every way, untill im not a racer, why the car then and the forum meets and the sideways on a well used b road.
He never meant to go sideways!

I have a similar car to the one 10 PS was driving. Why do I drive it? Why do I go to meets?

So I can have fun in my car and meet like minded people ...

Ermm ... is that too hard to understand? If it is I suggest you find a forum where they chat about polishing cars in their garage that are never driven.
Or something ...

Can you drive yet ozzerr?

i feel the need to reply here.
what an incredible thread and stories from people who have served time.
hoorah henry it will probably mean nothing to you reading this but i was horrified when i read you want to kill your self.though i have no idea what you have been through please get help mate!like has been mentioned its not worth it.
its a shame that theres been people coming on and slagging off 10ps.personally i feel for the guy.there are many many people who enjoy(maybe wrongly) driving hard and there are many who will get away with it for their whole lives.unfortunately for 10ps fo him and the poor biker it went wrong.so what he knew that road and wanted a thrash.if anything he is guilty of being naieve just like 99% of people here.he certianly didnt set out to hurt anyone but sadly thats whats happened.
hes been to prison(which from his accounts doesnt sound like the easy ride people make out) and has to live with what hes done(unintentionally remember)for ever now.
i dont think hes looking for sympathy,he has given his accounts and thats it.i feel terribly for the biker too, which i,m sure 10ps does too.but i can understand what this thread is all about.
he drove like an idiot(which lots and lots of people do) and has now given the biker a life sentence and himself had his life turned upside down.

I understand you i do,I feel sorry for both guys,When you read the initial thread it sounds like 10p was coming home from work or the supermarket. He was not and bet he would admit that he was trying to put some distance between himself and the little cock he seen in his mirror in the corsa trying to get amongst the hondas. Thus resulting in someones daddy husband son etc fecked up.
We all have done it drove on the edge but i guess what i am saying and 10p in another way is saying is getting older and (i aint old) or a bad accident is what slows us petrol heads down on the public roads.
