It is - the Welsh "Ambiwlans" is on the bonnet. The part above the windscreen is in English. This reflects how they are marked out in the real world.

Went on a road trip last night with a pal to collect an ebay purchase from Myther Tydfill (or something like that)
The welsh guy we collected from was unusually chatty and was keen to tell us that on weekends he drives an Ambulance

I'm speechless. I certainly wasn't expecting this. I would like to thank The Institute for granting me The Ambiwlans Thread 2014 Tard Award. I'm overwhelmed and don't know where to begin.
