Looks fantastic! When are you getting it finished?

Having said I had nothing booked this year, it would appear that I now somehow have an appointment with Mr Morris at Rain City in mid May...

When I was in to see Duncan X at Parliament, I ended up chatting to Dan. I didn't realise who he was until I got home and saw him on Instagram. A nice guy.

What's are you getting?

How did you get on with Duncan, what did you get done in the end?

I already have a crow by him on the rear of my arm. Looking for something on the inside now to go with it.

Got my first tattoo yesterday! Got s feeling it might be addictive.

When should I change from nappy ointment to like a cocoa butter to help with the healing. Itching like crazy today- resisting the urge to touch it.

Bepanthen presumably, should only need to use it for a couple of days.

Healing seems to be lot shorter than in the 90s when I first started "collecting"

Yes don't scratch. You'll be fine switching to the cocoa butter now, just wash your hands before you put it on and keep putting it on several times a day. You haven't said where it is, but a few showers a day to gently wash it helps as well.

I use Bepanthen.

Anyway in two weeks I'll be starting my full sleeve. Hopefully it'll be done in about 4 sessions, so in about 2 months, can't wait

I did too or coconut oil in a tub.

About a month ago now with no itching or scabs - should I be worried?

Here you go: http://www.superdrug.com/Holiday---Prepare-to-Bare...

Work on the basis that you can never put too much on, repeatedly throughout the day, for the first two weeks.

Bepanthan isn't recommended by most tattooists these days as they changed the formula mid last year and it now has a similar effect to Savlon as it now contains Lanolin.

Try cocoa butter as suggested above or any other natural moisturiser such as coconut oil etc.

Acriflex recommended by my tattooist instead of Bepanthen, then Palmers cocoa butter as mentioned above after a few days.

As far as I know, it's always had lanolin in it. There's references to it on forums over 10 years ago.. I still use it and as I've had no issues at all. If someone's allergic to wool, then best to. avoid.

As for someone above saying you can't over do the moisturising, you certainly can. It's best to put a thin later on.
