Needs a comma too, or ellipses, or possibly a semicolon. Could be two separate statements but then it could also have a full stop. I guess it would then need one at the end of the second sentence, but punctuation in a tattoo or other forms of typographical art can look wrong. Unless it's of punctuation.
Maybe he's deliberately omitted the punctuation, as a form of parody, i.e. that he's already played it wrong before he's even finished making the statement. No, I've got it, he wants punctuation nazis to bring him up on it so he can punch their faces.

Trying to find out what is the best cheap to insure car for my Sons first car, There computer generated system cant give you a rough idea of what your likely to have to pay I know we've all abandoned this thread in despair at the state of the populace's punctuational ability, but
