Hi all!

Im looking to start as a part time motor trader buying and selling used cars from home/currant business premesis

I have a local auction centre and BCA close to my currant business. Im comfortable with purchasing cars, evaluating cars and selling the cars. The bit which i require further knowledge of is the paper work and 'business side of it all'

So im looking to continue as a sole trader and im aware of trade insurance & trade plates (Register with MID) but how do i register stock in the business name, am i required to do further (i have read on MID i have to list the car after having it for 14 days) what paper work is required etc etc

Im sort of looking for a detailed step by step of how to do this. I know how to buy sell trade etc and im going for a meeting today at my local trading standards office to ensure i trade within the law but as i say its more the rest

I appreciate some people will come back with, dont do this if you dont know the trade blah blah but you have to learn and start somewhere and im prepared to take the risks involved

Thanks...help would be much appreciated!

If you drive to Walton Station from Weybridge you use a roundabout that has the legend WAL'TN painted in the road.

Tickles me every time.
Why don't you use Weybridge station?

I don't use either. It's complicated. It's not you, it's me.

Haha no, well spotted wink I am prone to leaving them out rather than putting them where they aren't needed and consider myself caught red handed and educated. whistle

In it's defence, the bike did still work faultlessly and look reasonably smart but there was no way it could be regarded as "good as new".

Our friends are getting married this year in Zante (June) and I am wondering if anyone has any information regarding changing our British pounds to Euro's, I have seena few deals on the prepaid card's where you can use them in ATM machines over there...
This drives me batst crazy. Not the superfluos apostrophes, per se, but the inconsistencies.

Can anyone explain the logic dictating the misuse of apostrophe for some plurals and not others?
