I have some pictures of a Nazi Gold Train somewhere. Took them in Poland a while back. I'll see if I can dig them out.
I think they have already started to dig it outManFromDelmonte said:
I heard rumours of a secret boulder-protected tunnel leading from the Channel Islands straight to the treasure.
I hope that is true. Maybe someone on PH could document the dig. Or better still, dedicate a site to it and call it something like 'German bunker in my neighbours garden found by hammering frozen sausages in it'.I just hope that if that ever happens, they don't build up the tension over time and then just as you get some hints of a major plot line developing, drop the whole thing and you never hear of it again.
I would get really mad and probably throw some Red Bull at them.

That series of books is really good. Interesting little article called "10 Abandoned Nuclear Bunkers, Missile Silos & Ammunition Dumps" on Urban Ghosts:

Apologies if it's a repost, but it was new to me.

Random but I found these on an old flickr account, looking back at them I can't believe how bad I was at photography!
Nearly all different locations, I have probably a few hundred photos of many different locations across various flickr accounts because I keep getting locked out of my accounts and Flickr in their wisdom cannot let me combine accounts apparently

Thanks for sharing. I absolutely love this urban decay theme especially pics of old, out of use machinery.
What is it that makes it so captivating?
When you start processing the thoughts of what went on there, the people, activity and then its end it gets you thinking! What is it that makes it so captivating?
Always enjoyed these pictures!

That's freaky. They don't look the heathiest of fish. i guess lack of food. Also i imagine they're no good for eating, else they'd have been netted out by now by the locals.
