OK Silver, Mike, Moose, and anyone else who is interested,
a get together of some Berkshire masons to answer questions from an interested party. I have suggested Tuesday 04Dec12, at 8:00 PM. All we need now is a venue. Moose has suggested Marlow - can someone please nominate a pub with parking, that's not too hidden away, and we can have a quick chat and see if we can answer Mike's questions and find him a suitable lodge.

Anyone else please shout out, or if someone knows a venue. Failing that my default option will be my local in Fifield, as I know the landlord!

Im a London Mason. Not sure but I may be able to make it that night. If you think I can contribute I'll try to pop along but no promises. As for where to meet, there is a pub, the name of which escapes me, right on the Thames next to the bridge right on the Thames. Opposite the hotel. Lovely place but might be very busy as the outside area will I imagine not be the place you want to hang out for unless you fancy the Arctic experience of course!

I think it is brilliant you chaps are getting together to answer questions and maybe to assist people in joining the Masons. Course, it rather ruins our reputation for being super-secretive!!!

The Britannia in Marlow is easy to access from the 404 (drive towards Marlow and its the big fk off thing on the right), newly refurbished which would be cool to check out. I believe there's plenty of parking there and in the area.

I've been speaking to a friend, came up in conversation that I'm in a lodge. He has a vague friend who's in, but hasn't asked much.

We got talking and he's asked for more info.
