yeah, back home yesterday after 'interesting ' journey via 4 different countries which took nearly 20 hours!!

Only a short duration in theatre but involved with some "successes" including some captures of nasty little men. thumbup

That's my last one hopefully.

It's good to be back.

Little things like cold running water, a nice bed and bacon are a novelty at the moment. hehe
Erm, DDs on Thursday?

Anyway CVM, being as I've been less than brilliant at donating to forces' charities, I'm willing to go ghey to 'welcome' back the right returning hero.

Notionally, you're as good as any.

But this is a big step for me so I need a few boxes to be ticked first.

If I'm to hold out for a hero 'till the end of the night...

Are you:

-strong,
-fast,
-fresh from the fight?
-sure
-soon
-larger than life?

You see, racing on the thunder and rising with the heat -it's gonna take a superman to sweep me off my feet.

erm, I'd love to....what with all the offers of free beer. However, I'm in the middle of moving house this week and don't think Mrs CVM will sign my leave pass plus we have just had a massive bill for my TVR on top of all our house legal fee/stamp duty etc. Sorry.

Amazing how someone can use a public forum for a personal conversation and yet it gets to 8 pages of posts. Do you really all know this guy personally?

Where exactly did he go and what does he do? I'm very interested, browsed through the previous posts but can't work it out just know it's military work.

Tough tour this one, too.

They had to use own-brand fabric conditioner at one point.
