Just got home from work and had a sexy as fk steak.



I did overcook it a bit but it was still the perfect end to a stty day.

Now its time for a little chat with my girlfriend... And by that I mean have a cry wk...

Just woken from sleeping for 1 hour in the lounge at Muscat airport. 600km of driving on Sunday and 3 night shifts next week.

5 and a half hours to go!

One more night shift tomorrow then four off. Shift work is great when your days off fall on a weekend.

Another night shift for me, less than 7 hours to go! And then another later on in the evening before a few days off.

Wouldn't be an issue if the role wasn't so boring

Bah humbug. Bad dissertation day.

Slow day in the labs, kept tripping the RCD on the supply and having to wait for the lab tech to return from his numerous and extensive tea breaks, because the breakers are in a room he locks whenever he leaves.

Now sat typing up the report, wanted to be on 4500 words by now, currently at 3000. Want to be on 12000 by the end of Friday. Determined to have this done and dusted before the deadline for once!!

Well, I'm awake, Just been woken up by my car alarm going off.

it would not be the first time someone has either stolen or tried to steal my cars or motorbikes.

had my first bike almost nicked, second was nicked, third was vandalised 4th is locked up in a garage.

first car someone tried to knick and knackered the locks, and this one, the day after i get it, the drivers door lock and boot lock have been knackered by someone tried to steal it, now the alarm is going of at 3am.


I think someone is targeting me tbh, and if i catch them at it, they will get whatever tools they have got on them for nicking my cars shoved right up there arse.

Start my night shifts tomorrow.

Staying up late tonight, then getting up early tomorrow. Only way i'll have a chance to sleep in the afternoon.

Still, 12 days off starting Saturday morning
