my dad and porno websites

SO I get a call from my mum tonight. She was out all day and came home to find a virus had infected the pc. The only person on it was my dad. She cornered him on it and he admitted he was looking at porn. I think there may have been evidence on the pc, not sure. He only just learned how to use a computer (he's 65) and in typical bloke fashion as soon as he's left alone, his first hit on the web is some porno site. So they are not talking now, very frosty. I think they had quite a falling out actually. I tried to be the pragmatist and just got on with fixing it (remotely) and its all fine now. My dad will be in the dog house for a while I should think.
Having mulled the whole thing over, Im not sure how I feel about it all. On the one hand I think its funny the old codger was looking at this web porn stuff hes probably heard so much about but he's my dad so suddenly its not so funny. Have I checked out web porn? Hell, yea. For years lol! But knowing my dad has done similar (if just the once) is weird.
Any similar stories? How would you feel? I suppose its one of those things you'd rather never know about

My dad has completely annihilated his computer whilst navigating on dodgy sites.

Each occasion requiring a complete format and reinstall of everything to totally purge it. But he doesn't care and keeps doing it.
Next time I'll tell him he's on his own and to fix it himself. Neither my mum or I care about what he looks at, as he's only doing it for amusement instead of gratification, just we get annoyed when he acts like a tantrumous child that his computer is broken.

Not porn, but my 73 year old mother came back from going on a river cruise in holland a few weeks ago, she'd gone out with about half a dozen similar aged old dears and visited the tulip fields etc. She also slipped in a cheeky little visit to "one of their cafe" and had to sample one of "their special cakes" I fell about laughing and pushed her about what she thought etc. "well we were all a bit chatty, but we weren't sure if it was that or not , so we went back the next night just to make sure" I found this even funnier and was crying by this stage, then she drops the bombshell " that's nothing Ann bought some home with her"
They don't really get old in the brain, the body might be getting on a bit but I swear most of them still feel like they're 20!

You walk in to find him on one of these Russian Brides sites, and he's laughing at some horrifically ugly woman's profile, chuckling away.
What he gets up to when I'm not there, don't know.

ETA: Perhaps you should find some good anti virus software and install it so you don't have to keep hearing about it! Panda Internet Security is a good one, and can be had for £20/year.
