I loved the recent Windows 7 advert extolling the benefits of the Inprivate feature in IE. Guy using it to buy his wife a present without her knowing - yeah, course that's what it's for, and a great way of telling us about it!

Yeah, made me chuckle! A friend of mine who's been shacked up with his girlfriend for the last year, said that private browsing is a revelation! No more having to explain why he's deleted the history every time she goes to use the pc.

And you should wear tin foil on your head to keep CIA spy sattelites out!

Back to the topic, whats the issue? He did what every bloke in the world does, be it over internet porn, the girl/woman next door, your sister (assuming its not your dad!), auntie, woman at the shop, ex girlfriends etc etc etc

think about it this way, would you stop feeling that way because you have had kids? hell no!

Deal with it, but advise your dad on some sites that dont infect his PC, or buy him some adult magazines, or show him how to access those higher end channels on sky!

biggrin

What is it with these people who still watch porn when they've got the real thing available?

yuck I cannot express how strongly I feel that that is too much information; I do not wish to know how you know this, or learn any further information about your parents' sexlife.

every so often do a full scan and erase all the old deleted files properly.

Set the programme to erase temp int and history upon shutdown.

hehe This.

Send him to youporn, he'll have enough to go 'round and you won't have to bother that much about viruses.

Whatever you do, don't question her integrity - even if you probably know better than him (as I do). He's a bit obsessive with her...
