Why do Russians all look the same?

I can instantly recognise polish females, they only come in one of two different facial types. The first facial type consists of really nice bone structure and cheeks, a smallish mouth and chin. The second type looks different and not as good, even if the female is thin the face looks chubby.

I think Heather Trott falls in to the latter category.
