NUtter with gun - advice please
Discussion
My mate has this story to relate:
1. he lives in South Africa, so specifics of the law may be slightly different, but I imagine that the broader principles apply
2. the thugs know where my mate lives, but all he knows about them is one guy's name and the location of his pizza place
As far as I'm aware, the ex has gone and apologised for the breaking of the window as well as paying for damages, so there's nothing more owing to the crazed pizzeria owner.

So Monday I get a call on my cell, with some crazy ranting at me that I'd kicked some windows in at his pizza place. What's happened is that my ex and her new fiancee had done this and driven off in her car. From the registration number they got my address (she hadn't bothered to change it in over a year). I didn't know this at the time, of course.
Long story short, he arrives at my house, with a thug mate (dark glasses and all) and as the owner of the pizza place gets out of the car, he cocks a gun and places it on the seat. We have a lengthy shouting match with them insisting that I did it, and me flatly denying all knowledge of it. They were incredibly insulting, rude, disrespectful and threatening. Eventually they leave, with neither side having given an inch on their respective positions.
So, from the above, what would the PH massive advise my mate to do, give thatLong story short, he arrives at my house, with a thug mate (dark glasses and all) and as the owner of the pizza place gets out of the car, he cocks a gun and places it on the seat. If he knows his ex has sorted it all out why dosnt he pop in for a Pizza hell he might even get it on the house
Go for a Pizza. Tell them he's smacked the bh around a bit (actually that might be a good start), for smashing up the place. And generally be nice to them and say how crappy the bh is.Might even gain a friend with a gun.

he could help, yes.Failing that- as I believe he only works on Sundays- I saw an interesting documentary the other night.
It was a little bit like DIY SOS, and started thus....
In 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.
I'd go round to the pizza place. Meet with the owner in the back and explain the circumstances. Appearing at his gaff surely should put across the point that it was not your mate that committed the crime in the first place. Oh, and I'd also pass on the name & address of your ex's new squeeze. What goes around comes around eh? . HTH.
