I went on a date, actually it was our second, and all was going great until she bumped into some friends in the pub (I'm ok with saying hello, she knows a lot of people) and she introduced me as "This is my boyfriend. I know, amazing at long last!" eek

Once they left I questioned why she said it but she just got arsey with my "Overeaction" scratchchin

You sort out the hack saw; I'll get the bin bags.
Good plan. Then we can bore everyone with gory details and anecdotes at BT&P. thumbup

I think it's a bit different, more unusual when a woman has wandering eyes as with blokes it is fairly normal. Genes and all that stuff.
I'm keen to know what you base this assumption on. I know plenty of girls who will openly stare at, and talk about 'hot' guys when we're out at a club or bar.

No. Just no. Never.

If you follow this advice, you will end up having an unnecessary argument with your ladyfriend in a public place (potentially with her friends at close-quarters).
I would have thought that this IS the sort of thing that needs to be addressed when it actually happens, if it is bothering you.

I would be tempted to turn around and see who she is eyeing up, and then ask jokingly is she would like to be introduced to him!

I just can't see this going well. At all. In any way ever.

If you want to have a serious/mature conversation about something, why on earth would you choose a difficult environment, and start it with an accusation/joke which is only guaranteed to get her on the defensive? I'm sorry - it might work in your head, but I just can't imagine how it would pan out well in the real world...

I certainly would not start an argument with my GF if she said something similar to me, i would probably just make some excuse for staring, laugh it off and be more subtle in the future hehe

hehe You're not the first to tell me I over-analyse.

Tell you what, it was much easier going out with girls from Match that I wasn't interested in even if it was shallow and meaningless. There was no risk and no opening oneself up to being walked all over. I'm finding that leap of faith hard...

Erm... I'm no expert at this, but I think the photos could probably do with a bit of work. Keep the last two, as they make you look human, but the first three are hideous...

The spiel, well, it sounds pretty much like every other one that has been posted up. It sort of seems like you're trying a bit hard to be funny - are you naturally funny, or is it a 'face'?

It REALLY upsets me even though she picked up on me being 'bored' (completely p***sed off actually...) and seemed to be as into me as much as ever that night.
Incidentally, this is the last path you should be following.

You're a grown man - you should be able to either talk about or deal with your feelings. Bottling it all up, and having a sulk is probably the only thing guaranteed to derail the relationship...
Absolutely.

hehe it is just a bit of a piss take to be honest, I'm bored with it so may as well throw something out there with a little light humour, I did have something serious up there, lot of good that did....well it did actually, but I'm still bored and tend to find I can't be arsed to go on.
