Do not shag her, I have done this with *an undisclosed number* of female housemates, and it has never gone well.
Harry, I must make the effort to get to DD's when you're next there and buy you a pint for accuracy's sake, I have done exactly this and you are exactly right.Harry Flashman said:

On the other hand, do build a social life with her. It will lead you to her friends, who are Grade-A fair game. Unless you've bonked her first, in which case you've messed that avenue up completely.
Mr Flashman this is exactly what I was thinking. It's also rather ammusing how much other girls flirt with you when you have a beautiful girl with you.On the other hand, do build a social life with her. So here's an update:
After 5 days she's now moving back to north wales for the weekend. If I'm honest, it'll be nice to have some time to myself. Nothing against her at all, she's been easy to live with to be honest however after living on my own for the past year it's a bit of a shock to the system having someone around all the time.
It's also quite weird living with a female that I'm not in a relationship with. I'm used to being moaned at if I want to sit on my laptop all evening or play xbox/guitar!
Another thing that strikes me is how much work models actually put into their jobs. Being on the other side of the lens I only ever saw them turn up, get make up rollered onto them, pose for a bit and then go home. She's contantly on the phone with her agents sorting out jobs, invoicing agencies and nagging them about paying her. It's as bad as being a photographer but with a lot shorter career.
