Multi-blade razors

After a few shaves, convinced this is now for me, I'm looking to get a shinier razor and try some different blades. Which razor should the wife buy me for my Birthday, PH?
I've been looking at this:
Edwin Jagger Chrome-Plated Lined Handle Double-Edge Safety Razor
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003UV8LR0
Any recommendations? £20-40.
I'd recommend that one, just don't drop it in the sink (although Amazon replaced it quickly, without fuss).I've been looking at this:

I got a 'Merkur 33C Classic' for £20.49. It's not too heavy, not too big (so you can get close to your nose) and not adjustable - didn't want that personally. I bought mine from the shaving shack along with various blades etchttp://www.shaving-shack.com/merkur-33c-classic.ht...
Having destroyed my Merkur, I purchased a vintage 60's Gillette (see link), it is really good to use however a little small. Can someone tell me whether the "Fatboy" is bigger all over or just has a thicker handle?
Cheers

Afternoon all, i'm getting annoyed with looking as if i need to shave after i've just shaved with whatever 'safety' razor i use.
So, i want to get into this proper shaving game and being a bit lazy and unable to make my own decisions can someone tell me what i need?
I want a good shave, have a face left afterwards and the razor has to feel good. Budget wise if i can get the lot for £50 that'd be ideal but can go up a little if needed.
Thanks in advance!
David.

If you're lazy - lazy you won't like shaving 'properly'.
I take at least twice as long shaving now, but I enjoy it now rather than view it as a chore.
It takes more equipment, time, effort and experience.
Still want to play the game?
Yup, i'm only lazy when it comes to looking through too much choice. Although if i cut my throat and die in the morning i'm writing your name in blood on the bathroom floor.I take at least twice as long shaving now, but I enjoy it now rather than view it as a chore.

There's a wiki about somewhere with some pointers but it keeps dropping down the lists, can't ever find the fecker. The suggestions above are not bad anyway. Best of British chap.Bonefish Blues said:

Are the blades that come with that razor not been likened to peeling ones face off?+
