How much do you spend on Christmas?

My total for this year has been around £1500. Saying that i have not put any decorations as i will be working all but chrismas day and boxing day.
really don't have the christmas sprit this year, wonder if i am to get a visit from three ghosts friday night?

We are doing the same only on a budget!! £500 on presents, about £3.5K on Oz flights and spending money. That means flying out on New years eve as it's the cheapest by far!

I'm having to stay in a hotel, which is bloody expensive at this time of year - plus private nursing agency which is really very expensive INDEED - but partly covered by my care funding. Probably about £700 all told with my dad helping out with around half. Can't afford it really but also can't afford the fallout from not going...

True, bought myself two new computer screens, two wall supports to support them and another wall support for the TV already

Same here, probably in the range of £400, which doesn't include food or drink.

This year £51 on presents!

My side of the family do secret santa so I only had to buy one present there... £10 on a fake tree (we have a one year old so no real tree for us this year).

The rest was spent on buying little gifts for my wife from my son and I.

However in the New Year we're planning on finishing our bedroom - new carpet, bed so the plan is to spend our "Christmas" money on that.
