I'll stick my neck out here... I enjoy the Matt bashing as much as the next bloke. He really doesn't do himself any favours and he reacts really badly to it too. But... he is a real bloke and I almost met him once (we were both headed to events in a similar area). I'm actually looking forward to meeting him at some point and will make a point of doing so. Despite his quirks and attention seeking, he seems to be genuinely engaging and really into his hobbies. He's also very inoffensive and hugely enthusiastic. I don't think he's a bad guy; he's just finding his feet in life.

And it would be really dull round here without him.

However, that said; for fks sake Matt... think before you post! Be yourself and stop trying to be your dad!

I used to feel sorry for Matt, right up until he posted a complete lie about laughing at a 'hipster' when his laptop fell out of his bag because he wad riding a fixy blah blah blah.

He refused to accept that he was either a) lying or b) an awful person for laughing at other peoples misfortune.

He is masochistic in his posting on here.

I agree that he posts some unbelievably sweeping statements; but any time I've chatted to him he's been a really nice bloke. Pistonheads just doesn't really work for him I guess.

I'm a top bloke on Pistonheads but a total in real life so I guess I'm his opposite!

Every time I've chatted to Matt he's been a nice guy, just a bit unsure of himself. He's young and a bit lost. I'm sure he'll find his feet soon.

No one was a fully formed personality at his age.
