Hmm, I used to know Don Davidge reasonably well. Not seen him for years. He'd just joined HP to do Palm WebOS stuff.

I remember being at a party many years ago where a Nokia developer told me that the "next big thing" coming was Predictive Text. I rather drunkenly told him it sounded crap and that I probably wouldn't use it.

Thing is, he was right - it did hit the market later that year. But also, I was right too. smile
