  • Canapes
  • Two renowned cigar experts who will explain how they are made and give a brief tour
  • A full range of cigars are available to purchase on the night

I am interested to know how do cigar clubs etc get away with the smoking policy indoors?

I asked the chap on the day, apparently the smoking ban does not apply if your business makes more than 50% (or some percentage I can't recall) of revenue from tobacco, excluding cigarettes.

I was near oxford and saw the sign for Belheim Palace - always wanted to have a look at the place incase they ever sell it :P

as i was leaving i saw the sign for Winston Churchill's grave.

thought i might aswell...

someone left a rather appropriate tribute...
