Are Tesco's bags biodegrabable....
Discussion
...So I keep a few tescos / various other supermarket used carrier bags in my store cupboard...I am sure most do the same....
Anyhow, went to use a couple of bags for my footy boots and was surprised to see what looked like dried coconut shavings / candle wax like flakes.
Odd.
Upon further investigation, they appeared to be remains of tesco's carrier bags (the flakes were white).
Bloody great mess as well.

The carrier bags, which are designed to break down within three years, leave behind tiny plastic particles that could harm birds, insects and mammals.

I had something stored in my wardrode in a Tesco bag. It was in there less than 12 months and the damn bag disintergrated. I ended up hoovering thousands of tiny pieces of plastic out of the wardrobe.
So yes. They are.
Had exactly the same thing the other day. Wasn't happy either. So yes. They are.

It's Tesco. There's no second 's'.
They had might as well rebrand, likewise with Asdas and Lidls.
Unless of course you mean tesco's or asda's, which is where the confusion lies. They had might as well rebrand, likewise with Asdas and Lidls.
