I don´t know how they are called in GB exactly, but the workplace seems to be made from

"construction profiles" which is basically Fischer Technik for grown-ups, you can build almost everything with it.

There are several companies supplying it,

including Item http://www.mbsitem.co.uk/item/aluminium-profile-sy... , http://www.item24.co.uk/ ,

Bosch/Rexroth http://www.boschrexroth.co.uk/country_units/europe...

and it is also worth checking out your local supplier for metals as there are "no-name clones" around.

I use it to make racks for beamers, Screen frames, and other 3D VR stuff.

No too sure who made this stuff. It was onboard this German vessel when build.

Benni is pointing you in the right direction, but i think it is rather expensive

Apparently taking a phone out in the lab is considered a ban-able offence

Disappointed at the lack of in flight custard photos!

Great "Desk" though although I'm not sure I'd fancy being cooped up in that thing for hours on end.

Ok, you like Porsches but what do you do to get away with a work desk like that?
Must be a home office... surely?

I approve! But in reality, is that bucket seat chair actually comfy over long periods?
It is my home office, it's a "garden office" The chair isn't too bad as its a recliner so it provides a bit of adjustment.

The desk owes me about £200, i got a local sign writer to wrap some old desks, I got given all of the wall art by my local Porcshe dealership ...not a bad result even if i do say so myself
