If you're named as the father on the birth certificate it's no longer her decision to make...

True....but it''s not always so clear and cut. You could find yourself spending tens of thousands of pounds and many many months before this is achieved.

Indeed.
Once the child is older than 13, they get what they want. If they want to stay with Mum, they do.
At the moment, she just doesn't want to see me.
She did once ask to see me, however she wanted the protection of her Mothers friend, a man.
So without putting to much of accent on it, how would you feel if some bloke rang you, and insisted that he be there for the meeting to protect your daughter from you.

Once my D wants me back, I'll be there for her.
