Where do you find Tofu? I wouldn't even know where to look for it in Tesco!
Hang around at the entrance for a while then follow in anyone wearing multi-coloured cardies, braided hair, a goatee like set of whiskers - especially the girls - a 'No Nukes' pin badge and carrying recyclable hemp bags.Bound to lead you directly there. Eh, Halb?

If I can stay off the lavvy for an hour or two I'm happy just now.
Dodgy guts for 10 days so far - think down to iffy mussels at restaurant. It's brought my bulking to a halt anyway.
Why the hell is it muscles are so dodgy ? Everyone seems to get the squirts off them apart from me. Dodgy guts for 10 days so far - think down to iffy mussels at restaurant. It's brought my bulking to a halt anyway.

Mussels are filter feeders - it there is crap in the water there will be crap in the mussels.
And fish eat filter feeders and so accumulate said crap...Never had food poisoning off mussels or any other sort of shellfish myself (and I like my shellfish).

For those of you who want to have pancakes tomorrow without damaging you diet to much then I might have a solution.
I made peanut butter and banana pancakes yesterday and were brilliant. All I did was add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter to two mashed bananas and two eggs, whisked together and then cooked on a frying pan like normal pancakes.
They were really good and made even better when I added chocolate protein powder to the mix as it made them sweeter.
Yum Yum!

(my wife and I have both had these several times over the past couple of weeks, still not bored!)
5 egg whites
1 scoop coconut flour (this stuff is seriously underrated)
1 banana
1-2 scoops whey protein (I use Genetic 100% Whey Vanilla)
Whizz it.
Done.
I'll give yours a billy joe tomorrow, as i'm making all different sorts.
on the egg whites theme, a great breakfast you can make up for the week:
3 x cups of oats
1 x 1/2 cup of moelleux raisins
5 x desert spoons of pumpkin seeds
5 x desert spoons of sesame seeds
5 x desert spoons sunflower seeds
24 x egg whites
1 x tea soon of vanilla extract
1 x liter skimmed milk
2 x table spoons of splenda
cook up in a big saucepan until you the spoon free stands in the middle eat hot or cold, pour some natural honey over to sweeten if needs be
this makes up 5 breakfasts for me, been eating it for years now and still look forward to it each morning.
