Till I jump on a set of scales I'd hazard a guess at 120kg. 600-700 cals I'm happy with anyway

All those automated calorie calculators are rubbish though I suspect...too many variables. Very true, although I always think it's better to underestimate than over estimate. At 120kg it could be closer to 1k calories.

Decided to migrate away from 5x5 and onto 3x5 now the weights are getting higher. Basically starting strength with bent over rows rather than cleans.

Just wondering (don't really know that much about 5x5) but is it just to get you started and not for continuing training? It's the other way around. You start with 5x5 because the extra volume is good when you're lifting really low weight. After a bunch of conditions are met (stall 3 times, deload 3 times) then you switch to 3x5. I'm just skipping all the deloading and stalling as I can already feel it coming on. I could probably progress still with 5x5 but imo there's no real point as 5x5 will just be slowing me down. I also feel that 5x5 squats, 3 times a week is a bit ridiculous in its abuse of the legs. Also my workouts are mega long. Something around the 2 hour mark and I'm probably able to knock an hour off by doing 3x5 on most lifts.

Just relaxing after tonight's run. Managed 6.5k in 43 minutes but spent the last 1k doing 50m sprint/'walk. Didn't quite crack 5k in less than 30 minutes but it'll come. Will upload the screenshot later. Got a nice 6am gym, session with the brother in the morning but at least I'm not running tomorrow.
Monday is a rest day then try and improve on my running pace next week.
Took a couple of body shots earlier, in a word. Horrible. Not entirely sure I want to upload lol especially seeing some of the recent posts!
Keep up the good work all
Pete
