Be aware co-codamol will bind you up good and proper after you've taken it for 3-4 days so may be worth taking a very mild natural laxative to offset it as I'm pretty sure it won't help sitting on the pan trying to pass what feels like a baseball with those ribs 8)

yikes It's that time of year again! Bloody cracked ribs again after taking a knee to my side during our footie game on Saturday & to top it off, I am just getting a nasty cold & I sneezed this morning & literally thought my ribs had exploded! I hate this injury so much.
