I held someone's actively beating heart in my hand a while back, the human body is a wonderful thing.
I trust you put it back where you found it!
I don't remember seeing "The Doc" as a character option in Mortal Kombat ? confused

Made my own butterfly stitches out of a large plaster recently. Stuck them on, plaster + antiseptic on top then wrapped with dressing tape. Worked very well.

Wound glue was invented for the Crimean war and then superglue was produced from this. Superglue is toxic to wounds and can cause some nasty wound infections.

The problem with using glue on hands/fingers is that the glue dissolves when it gets wet. All Vaseline will do is help dissolve the glue.
I went to A&E with a couple of gashes - tried to catch a glass blender just as it hit the granite. OUCH

One of the wounds was glued by the A&E with superglue - though she said because it is 'medical' superglue it is 10x what normal superglue costs - though is EXACTLY the same stuff.

The NHS don't seem to think it is toxic.
