I regard eating too much food as getting in the way of goals unless I have a specific reason for it (eg cheat day to keep me sane... or shut my mother up). It's like accelerating hard with your left foot resting on the brake pedal.

On the next day I was 91 Kg, then I went on holiday, (which included a wedding) which involved 7 days of beer, cheese, cake, wine, and beer. and cooked breakfasts. I weighed in at 93.3 this morning. So 80 kg is still a firm target by christmas, but I've lost 4 weeks of effort in one week of binge
Don't worry too much about this. You've got the routine established for losing weight which is what matters. You'll lose that couple of extra kgs fairly quickly.
I was 92.6 this morning, and whilst the going is still in the right direction, I think I need to step up the effort.

It's Pretty Bad. Last week I hit 92.1, and by Friday was back up to 92.9

I have had a bad weekend too. Hotel food and all the trimmings, so am expecting my next weigh in to be pushing 93 again. We shall see at 6 am tomorrow.

Such is the way when weighing yourself every day. It would be academically interesting if we didn't already know it. wink

Speaking of weighing myself, I have no idea what I weigh. Last hit the scales 3 months ago just for interest's sake.

Last night, I was thinking... if I have 14% bodyfat and weigh 145lbs, that means that 20.3lbs of my body is fat. (Yuck!) That's what percentage bodyfat means, right?

Anyway, I want to get down to 10% bodyfat, which equates to 5.8lbs of fat to burn = 20300calories (1lb of fat = 3500calories, right?)

So on a deficit of 100 calories a day, I should take 203 days, right?

(Errors obviously in the fact that the % bodyfat is a measure of current weight so it's reverse cumulative IYSWIM.)
hehe

I didn't specify when I took that measurement. wink

90.8 both yesterday and today. This is a going to be a slow slow process to loose the next 45% of my target. 1/2 a kg a week if I keep at it. Must exercise more.

Okay. Today I was 91.0, which is erm, down from 91.9 kg yesterday, but pretty much flat for weeks. Have NOTE being exercising enough, but am managing to not pig out.

Please tell me to get a grip and fight the urge to give up.

You're doing well mate! I've only just started down this road myself.....although I'm doing the opposite way - not weighing myself, not changing my diet but exercising 4 or 5 mornings a week (previously 0.0 hours a week). I've only been doing it for a couple of weeks but you've been doing it for months!! I think I'm going to stuggle keeping it up until christmas but you've been going ages and seen results so keep at it as you know you've got it in you to do it.

90.2 this morning. (despite the fish and chip supper on friday night)

Had to buy new jeans on Saturday and I've gone from 40 to 36 inch waist.

More samosas and cake to be avoided again today.

 Eat what you want. I had bangers and mash yesterday. Shephard's pie on Monday. Curry and rice on Sunday. Fish and chips last Friday.

Sure, I'm not stripping fat very quickly but at least I'll stick with it.
