Any thoughts on the cheap kits listed above (one on Amazon for instance)? Are they safe? My dentist wanted almost £400 to produce moulds and supply me with the bleaching kit. Assume it's just usual dentist over inflation however how can these home kits do it so cheaply?

You'LL save lots of money. Until it doesn't whiten your teeth evenly - Then go to your dentist and pay full whack to fix it.

I just bought Plus White gel from Amazon, thought I'd give it a try for only £8. It's supposed to be kind to sensitive teeth, so I don't know if that makes it any less effective, but you can also just use it as a toothpaste if you like. I've only used it the once so far, I'll give it a couple of weeks before calling judgement.
