It's always nice to have a lively debate! I think there's been more than enough mockery on this thread already so I won't add to it, but have you noticed how fat people never lose at see saw?
On a serious note though, I had a well proportioned friend at work a few years ago who told me he could easily get through a whole marathon in his dinner hour, followed by a boost, topic and mars bar...

mattikake is a professional copy and paster on PH. He loves using lots of long, technical terms with regards to health and fitness, but he doesnt actually know what any of them mean or how to apply the theories in real life. Sure, he'll tell you he has lots of letters after his name, but thats where it all ends I'm afraid.
