There are plenty of pics of naked men for you in the transformation thread.

Haha, I think I got close before going to Ibiza two weeks ago. I worked really hard to get to it, but there I ate out every day, drank like a teenager in a park and did no exercise.

Now I feel like 35% BF ; )

That's interesting. I didn't know that, but kind of heard something similar by a ripped-to-the-tits older dude, who certainly did not mince his words.

He suggested, while bulking, strategically stuffing cake down your neck after workouts (to a reasonable degree!). Then washing the sugar out of your mouth (don't want no teeth falling out!)

That might be extreme, but it kind f rings true with what you say.

Ish.

I prefer low fat sugary cereal like coco pops or nestle cookie crisp in my protein shake smile Obviously carbs consumed should be commensurate with training volume/intensity but the general idea of only eating carbs in the hours post-workout is a very good one.

Cool!

I always had it down as like a delivery system, so a little bit after a big meal so to get the protein, or whatever, to the muscles.

Again, my massively limited understand of it. I've seen the guys on the Health Forum have at each other during a debate and fill pages with information. The above is literally all I know! : )

A lot of people in my year at uni put on weight. I've lost weight because I could finally choose what I ate which was a lot healthier than what we could afford to eat at home. Alcohol packed on the pounds for many.

I went to a public swimming pool today. Most of the women/mums looked fairly slim, but the majority of blokes had a stone or five to spare.
That's because the fat birds stay at home.
If the swimming pool population is self-selecting on the female side, that implies that they are suitably aware/ashamed of their condition, whereas the male population isn't

So at uni you can afford better quality food than when you're at home?

Or it could imply the male overweight population are attempting to do something about it by going swimming...

At home we lived on beans, Tesco Value bread and cheap chicken pies. At uni I eat whatever I like, stir fry/fresh fruit etc...I spend about £20 a week on food and I still spend less on food than my friends spend on booze typically.

Well, of course, we had it tough. We used to 'ave to get up out of shoebox at twelve o'clock at night and lick road clean wit' tongue. We had two bits of cold gravel, worked twenty-four hours a day at mill for sixpence every four years, and when we got home our Dad would slice us in two wit' bread knife.

I like chubby women, more to grapple with in the sack, but hugely fat, no thanks.

MrsHorney has been going to bootcamp for a while now and has lost a bit of weight and toned up, but sadly gone down a cup size. cry

Thanks NIck.
I was wondering what your wifes tits were like. Any news on her fanny at all?
I feel like you've only given us a half-arsed description

Check out "carb backloading". There's also "carb cycling".
