yes but your 5 ft 9 so 11 stone is probably ok for you.. add just over 6 inches to your height and you would look like a lanky streak of piss.

Edit to Add: the guy talking about the BMI of 20 something at 11 stone and 6ft, BMI is a poor indicator of anything.. It doesnt take into account anything other than height and weight. basically according to BMI, most of my rugby mates should be seeing a specialist to deal with being morbidly obese.
BMI is a reasonable indicator for people of average body composition (i.e. not rugby players). A better measure is body fat percentage, but it's harder to measure and for most people being over 25 BMI means they need to lose weight.

11 stone at 6 foot is definitely not anorexic, for someone with normal musculature it's slim or maybe "athletic". I know someone who is 10.5 stone at that height and he's thin but not unhealthily gaunt.
People are far too used to everyone being overweight, so they see a healthy weight person and think they're really thin.

Also, different people have different "healthy" weight.

Then you have the issue of those that are a bit chubby but are fit and healthy against those that are skinny that never do any exercise and eat crap.

Simple appearance and numbers are pretty hard to judge ultimate fitness on.
