I said fit, not someone who competes! tongue out

I never get off the seat and the hill I was thinking of is 1-in-4 at points - 3km - that I know of, I guess. 190bpm+ spikes.

Did I mention I have a rusty chain, usually about 10kg of weights in a rucksack and flat tyres? biggrin

Yoga will fix that for you, I can't remember the guys name but there is a yoga guy who specifically excercises the diaphram and nothing else, free divers and other breath holder use it. Yoga fixes most things.
