I should probably have used a smilie - I was using nuts in the proverbial sense, a bit like if you eat the heart of your enemies.
Haha, st sorry I got caught up in po faced advice giving / inflicting and went ahead and replied. Bit like Maxymillion has done... On several different threads.

But no, seriously, I've read eating the hearts of your enemy really boosts growth hormone. Think it was an article on Yahoo! .co.uk or maybe the Daily Mail...
I've got so many enemies I'll need braces, Lewis like (allegedly). Off to sharpen the spear...

Out of interest, what reasons do you have personally for eating 6 meals a day?
I have a couple of reasons for doing this. The least important reason, but one I actually get the most benefit from is that I have quite poor digestion. Eating smaller meals more regularly makes me feel much better and less 'bloaty'. I don't mean fat, I really do mean bloaty, I do sometimes feel a bit rubbish after eating so eating smaller regular meals works much better for me.

Secondly, I currently need a fairly consistent intake of protein. There's no way I could consume my days protein requirements in three meals a day. I'd never finish each meal, I'd feel rubbish all day and my body couldn't make use of all that protein in one hit either so need to spread it out.

I'm sure there are arguments for and against eating little and often, but since I've been doing it (and I do still have the occasional blowout, miss days etc etc, I'm not obsessed or anything) I feel much better for it.
