Do not worry about the surgery, the bruising will fade and your confidence will climb.

Yes, it is a lot of money for me. I joined a cosmetic surgery forum about two years ago, and I have spent that time looking into different surgeons, finding people who've dealt with each one and seeing their results.

I have two consultations booked with two separate surgeons, one of whom is regarded to be the best in the country at getting aesthetic results, as well as functional. He has a high success rate and I've heard people say he is an artist, although the downside is that he's the second most expensive surgeon I've come across. The second surgeon I've booked with is conservative in his approach, but is good at getting consistently good results. He is also considered one of the best rhinoplasty surgeons in the UK, certainly in the top 5 or so.

Obviously this whole thing is not something I've just rushed into, and I could've found a local private hospital, or even just someone to do it cheaper, but this is such a big thing for me that I need it to be done properly. I have been warned that 5% of all patients request a revision operation.

I will definitely post pics, when it's all done. I'll be staying alone in London for a while afterwards so I'll most likely be updating things every day if all goes to plan following the consultation.
