Had a look at the routine a bit more, especially the diet bit. I don't have a problem with eating clean, cutting the booze etc... getting that many meals in a day will be a problem at some point though.

I work in events and some of the shifts (& locations) you have to pull are not exactly conducive to carrying around loads of tupperware boxes to make sure you eat every few hours - in fact, it's totally impractical.

I guess it can be worked around but I can't follow it religiously and the system looks like it really needs to be followed as such.

Well, it's been a couple weeks gradually eating more and more (and lifting, obv) but this week I've been trying to really eat and...

I'm f*cking sick of eating.

I'm not even sure I've made it up to my recommended calorie intake (like 3000 or so). Eating that many clean calories I b*stard hard work!!!
Instead of going from your normal diet to the above increased, slowly bring your diet up in stages.

If you've gone from consuming 100g protein per day to 220g our body will struggle to workout what to do with it! That way your appetite builds up and you actually crave the food rather than just feel like your eating.

A tip I was given "Always do something whilst you eat. Have a magazine, watch a youtube clip, do anything to take your mind off the fact you're eating again."

In case anyone's interested / wants to make a suggestion;

6am Porridge

9:30am Mackrel in olive oil + nuts

12am Smoked salmon + full tub of cottage cheese + blue and black berries

3pm More nuts

7pm Chicken breast cooked in olive oil, plus whatever green veg is about.

9pm Couple hard boiled eggs.

Should I be eating more? Because I'm really going to struggle!!!

Just reading this back, it looks like a weight loss diet plan - not a weight gain!!!

Never really considered it. I'm confident I'm getting the right mix of carbs / fats etc it's just the volume and frequency I'm interested in tweaking (or increasing, by the looks of it)
