Packing in a whole lot of carbohydrate in the morning will do more to hinder your fat loss than in the evening; consider skipping the cereal & toast in the morning rather than the carbs at night.

What was your starting weight and what was it last time you measured it?

try a purely fat based brekky ie. 2 bacon + 3 egg omlette. Mix cream in with eggs and cook in butter.

Either nothing at all (remember that you're keeping some extra rice) or a couple of extra eggs. Given that your weight loss has stalled I'd be inclined to go with nothing at all for a couple of weeks and see if it starts back up again.

I've started skipping breakfast and never felt better (and slimer)

First meal is now never before 1pm
