Deadlifts have always been my best exercise, did 210kg last week which is almost 2x bodyweight but definitely feel squat and bench are lagging. I've just started doing ab work with my cardio days purely so i can say i'm doing something with them but cut down 10lbs in the last 6 weeks so i'm getting there.Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
