Oh, that explains it, makes more sense but yeah, i just make sure i have a good meal a couple of hours before a workout and leave it at that and then some nice tuna afterwards.

I.d be very surprised if he's training at a limit where a banana or not will have a significant effect on his session.
If it was 1991 and I was running around then i'd agree with you but now basic knowledge suggests if we get the blood sugar levels up, increase the body temp via a warm up we should perform better so i'd say yes a little bit of scran would make a difference as he will perform better whilst he trains no matter what he does.

But i'll still be taking PT at 530am without myself or people eating but that wouldn't be my advice is all i'm saying.
