nemisis and family wishing you a swift and full recovery.
remember if you want a newly transplanted blueprint engine to run sweet then you must run it in with care and don't be tempted to thrash it, same goes for your new plumbing, good luck.

Can't you get them to do a nice jagged scar, claim it's a nip from a great white?
Best of luck for a speedy recovery. Cheers.

And in a few years, when a young filly is running her fingers over the scar, wondering what happened, you can recount the tale of 'remember those urban myth stories about some chap waking up in a bath of ice in some hotel in Thailand, minus a kidney? Well it's true!' you can say. Even better you can say 'the buggers took my heart too!'

Good news PT, glad you're on the mend. Apart from being sore, how do you feel? Relieved no doubt, but any different feelings from within?!
Good luck mate.

Yes I am back home, well staying with my Gran for a few months as I'm not allowed to be by myself until the sternum has healed. Feeling very painful all over and keep blacking/greying out, not nice at all. Still atleast I managed to et something today, first time in over a week so I must be improving a little! It was my birthday on tuesday which was a bit crap as I kept throwing up and felt very light headed all day, but glad to be home in the cotswolds, at least its very peaceful here

Cotswolds you say... maybe a run up the A46 or Fosse Way is in order when you're feeling more yourself? Something to look forward to, eh?
