I have stupidly signed up for this. question to those who have done this, I have quite a high level of cycle fitness, will that be enough to carry me through?
Last year I made sure I could run around 5 miles, you only run about a mile tops between obstacles.I would suggest you need to focus on core and upper body if you are reasonably confident in your legs/endurance.
I am doing the west London TM in May, comfortable with fitness but concerned with potential vision issues as I have to wear contact lenses and worried they may get washed out in water obstacles.
Anyone who has completed one any recommendations, did wonder about a pair of swimming goggles (yes realise I will look a knob) ?
