Midday - Porridge (with milk & chocolate) for breakfast ~ 500cal
Pre & Post gym shakes ~800 cal
150g Pack of nuts ~950 cal
About to have slamon & veg for dinner, I'll guess at another 1000cal.
Add a glass or two of orange juice ~300.

Total of around 3500cal.

Fairly normal intake for me. I would normally have lunch in there as well but I've got a few days off and didn't get up till late morning.
The total seems quite high but my body fat is dropping so I'm not worried about it.

No chips biggrin
Checked the pack, I did over estimate on the fish. 2 filets 370cal plus mixed veg so 700ish?.
But I'll probably snack on something before bed to make up for it smile

Never bothered to calorie count but here's what I've had so far:

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs (x5 egg whites & 3 yolks)
Toasted raisins bagel

Mid morning
Apple

Lunch
Carrot coriander soup
Homemade chicken salad burrito

Late afternoon
Orange

Pre workout
Homemade chicken burrito

Dinner
Homemade turkey chilli burgers
Carrot sticks with houmous

Late night snack
Egg omelette (x5 eggs white & 3 yolks)

That's pretty much the same amount of food I normally eat during Mon-Fri. Lucky to have a fast metabolism but a lot is from the weight training and tennis that I play every week.

Can't say I'm doing wrong as this has allowed me to get shredded to 6% BF. Best shape of my life at 35.

Don't even have clue what the calories I've taken on board today but seems to be working anyway.

1837 give or take. Can't post link to my fitness pal entry as on my phone but had the following today.

Breakfast porridge

Lunch, chicken breast with broccoli and green beans with a bit of pesto mixed in with the veg.

Dinner, home made chilli com carne with rice.

About 4 coffees, 2 chocolate digestives.

Walked the dog for an hour, 25 mins on the cross trainer and 4 miles run so being a bit of a fat boy that burned around 800 calls in total doing that lot.

1922 today. And now the fast begins.

Stupidly for me, at one of my clients, I've got to know the kitchen staff quite well so we chat in the kitchen while they cook lunch. nuts (I usually break fast around 2pm.)

Bloody hell at some of this, 6 weetabix for breakfast! (I have 2).

If I ate as much as some here I'd be like the Michelin man!

So far for me, about 400ish (2 weetabix, glass of milk, grapes). I've got a salad for lunch (probably about 400) some fruit and then I'll have an omlette for tea, I might have some alcoholic beverages though (but not too many). I am trying to lose weight, though.

I'm recovering from surgery and can only eat liquidised food, so I've not had any calories today, and only 200 yesterday.

This equates to losing 2.5 stone in just over 3 weeks.
