Could experiment with calorie cycling:
Monday: 1300
Tuesday: 1900
Wednesday: 1300
Thursday: 1900
etc.

Same weekly intake but you can let your hair down a little on every other day.

Or try Intermittent Fasting: don't eat before 6pm. Then eat your 1600 from 6pm to bedtime.

Same here, when I was working 14 hours a day I could go to 2500 cals and not put anything on. As soon as i started working more normal days and hours the weight started to come back on. Really jealous of people that can eat 3500-4000 cals a day and not put weight on! T

Today I'll have about 2200. Yesterday, I think I had about 5500.

Thankfully, I know what I'm doing.

And another: 4000+ for me today

Breakfast: Large bowl porridge + chocolate 400 + 130g smoked salmon 300.
Snack: Terry's Chocolate orange smile 1000
Lunch: Large Bowl Alpen (~3x serving + milk) 500.
Post gym shake: 800
Snack: 60g smoked salmon 130. (It needed eating)
Dinner: Prawn stir fry + noodles. 700.
Add some orange juice, several handfulls of nuts and probably some cottage cheese before bed, will take me well over 4k.

I am on my feet all day at work and hit the gym hard 4-5 times per week so get to burn it off.
Seeing good results so far. Best of all, I'm not getting fat smile
