Plate maniacs.... The guys who go the extra mile to re-rack their plates, but they do it without order, sticking a bunch of twenties over a 10 and some 15's over a 2.5, have some order people
That bugs me. I have a thing where I prefer to leave the lighter 10kg and 15kg plates on the floor rack that's between each half rack, and put the heavier 20kg and 25kg plates on the racks on the side of the power rack as it's easier to lift them from there if you're exhausted between sets.Nothing I hate more then an idiot that's left 150kg+ of 25kg plates on a bar on the floor.

Yeah that used to wind me up. And as said, placing smaller plates under heavy ones. It makes me a tad passive aggressive when I feel I have to 'tidy up' after ill brought up types. Especially if I want the small plate and feel tired from whatever I'm doing..Nothing I hate more then an idiot that's left 150kg+ of 25kg plates on a bar on the floor.
...had to share a machine, pec dec, last night with a young lad...jeeesus he stank.

That annoys me too, but I'd hate to scare off people from actually putting plates away. It's a step in the right direction at least..Calza said:

Hmmm not so sure. I rather retrieve a 5 off the floor than have to pull a load of 20/15/10s that are hiding a 5 first. If they can't be stacked right then just leave them where they are.ambuletz said:
I wasn't sure for ages either, it's not a very good photo. I can only guess it's the empty end of a shaker bottle that has some bits of protein powder stuck to the bottom. Don't see why you'd be drinking it while training, seems silly.
OK, I see it now.For some reason I had shrink wrapped shark fin in my head...

Probably done to death on here but I'm getting fed up with the group workout's that are happening in my gym. It seems no male between 16-30 can workout alone! they have to be in groups of 3 or more and all on the same piece of equipment for a good 20 minutes
What's worse is when they're using ONE machine but sitting on the two machines on either side whilst their scrawny mate bench presses 5kg. And they take 20 minutes to do one f'king set. And then get all upset when i ask them to politely move 13m said:
What is this, guess the photo competition or something?

Sorry for some reason the photo got resized down quite a lot! Yes it's a bit of protein stuck at the bottom of the shaker that wouldn't mix. I wasn't having it during training this was at the end of my workout.Calza said:

To avoid this I give the powder a shake before adding the liquid, then add liquid and turn the shaker upside-down and hit the side so the dry stuff at the bottom drops down, then shake Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
