Did he know it was your b'day?
I have a mate (LA based) who has met him a few times.

my moan is the prat that decided to leave this here.

Either side of it out of shot there's some isolation equipment, so you're having to walk over it to get to the water/tissue.

While on the cross fit trainer today, just happen to see this lad on one of the stomach and shoulder toning machines, just in-front, and to the left.

He was doing reps of 8, he had the pin at 32kg

So he is doing his 3rd rep of 8 and finishes.

Then moves the pin down about 3-4 places, and gets off the apparatus, and walks to the one just next..

LOSER !!! LOSER !!! LOSER !!! LOSER !!! LOSER !!!

So I drops the pin a few more notches, and does 3 reps of 30 at 56kg.

(Not a lot, but enough for me being over 60)

Another vest wearer here, i find it cooler and more comfortable. Nike running vests though, not those racer back/navel show off type affairs.

One chap videoing his mate doing incline bench on sunday first time i'd seen that in my gym. Sign of the times i guess. I wouldn't want someone to video my constipated squirrel expression i have whilst doing any sort of strenuous exercise.

biggrin

I'd have said, "I saw that." after he moved the pin down.

So the gym has a back machine that can do either pull down or pull to, where some machines have plate weights, this one has pegs so you can put on disc plates on.

Anyway, some sort of PT girl/gym worker thinks shell be able to balance on one peg as someone does a pull to, shes lucky that theres nobody behind here and she was able to get her foot down as she fell backwards.

However, you can tell Winters coming as the gyms quiet

Got a new one!

Perfectly adequate hand dryer in the changing room, but a select few of a certain demographic seem to want to ignore it when it's not being used, proceed to a cubicle and unravel a several kms of loo roll with which to dry their hands, throw it into the pan without flushing. The number of times I've seen a mountain of paper rising out of the same pan. . .

Mongs.

rofl I didn't realise people actually did things like this, although I can't exactly say I'm surprised!

Couple of recent ones for me. Blokes who wear really skimpy shorts vomit and to the guy who took up a whole smiths machine yet was doing free weights rage

Bodybuilders generally. Thousands of different isolation exercises for hours, taking up loads of time and space in the gym and still weak for their size.

(Puts on flame suit.)

Chap at our gym, bloody huge, ripped, ape. Awful form on every exercise I've seen him do. But it seems to work.

Not really a moan but... After coming into the gym today I went into the dressing room to change and was overhearing someone putting on their client voice as they were advising someone on their Sky package and then telling them how they should pay their TV license using an analogy of 'if you've bought a nice car you have to pay for the tax'
