So they can 'repair' it via a superior labral repair or undertake a bicep tenodesis (apparently still controversial as its a new technique or something).

4-6 weeks in a sling following surgery (no driving for 4) then 3-4 months of rehab.

Could have been an old sports injury thats got reaggravated when i restarted playing american football but think i done it one a warm up set on the bench press, it had been feeling tight for a while and just thought i needed to stretch it out more etc. Then it went so 8 weeks to heal, put it out the following week training in American Football, played a game 2 weeks later and it was good for 2/3 of the game but then i did a modified sweep on the bloke infront who kept wanting afters (twice) and it went then.

So ive not been able to do any right upper body since June, which unfortunately is showing in physique.

st happens, just means that ill try yoga or something whilst i rehab
I emphasize and sympathize, it can be tough. I know.

tts that leave their st all over the benches in the changing room when they go for a shower.

These aren't team benches FFS, you can fit like two people on them. Well, you could if half of it wasn't taken up with a goddamn bag and pair of trainers that should be in a GODDAMN LOCKER, YOU wkER!

I had this today. got on the cross trainer and the person who was already on one next to me clearly smelt of a vagina. thankfully he was only on the machine for 2min before he got off.

That's the problem yuck

First to mention the place being rammed this year here. Suspect the car park will be completely solid later when I go down! Still, they usually bugger off by Feb and it does keep membership costs down.

I train early. Usually around 5am and every time I get there it is like a bomb has been dropped. The night weight lifters never put their plates back and I hate it. Wastes much time.

Yes, yes, yes. Thankfully the gym is usually dead at this time of day, so no waiting for machines, or listening to grunts, or being annoyed with people leaving bags on benches. I tend to use my rests between sets to tidy up some of the weights just because the mess irritates me.

This time the moan is with myself - going back after you haven't really done much for best part of a month. Can't say I'm looking forward to it but needs must. I guess if you're the type who enjoys going to gyms then this wont be much of a problem, but I generally have to force myself at the best of times hehe

No fresh female meat (or even blokes) at my gym, gym was emptyish last night, had to postpone going for 1rm squat max as need people in the room to impress

My gym was also pretty dead.

After xmas and new year boozing / partying, and doing no exercise, after first session just now I'm a bit vomit

Think about it this way -

You're now driving a relatively lightweight car with not a lot of power, right?

So losing weight = free power/weight ratio upgrade biggrin

Also got a letter through about my shoulder surgery, wont be able to drive for 4 weeks post then its rehab time and rebuilding. They are hopefully going to be able to repair it without using the Bicep Tendon otherwise if they do, my bicep will look different apparently. Oh well st happens etc
I've tried looking, but not been successful, do you know of anywhere that has the exhastive list of Under Armour alter ego gear? UA themselves don't, and every so often I notice one that I didn't know about; of the Marvel/DC/wrestler/other range.
